Winner 2008 Landscape Queensland Residental 3 Construction Awards

ROOM Landscape Design & Construction are proud to have won the 2008 Residential 3 Landscape Construction award at the recent Landscape Queensland award night. Residential 3 landscapes are those constructed at a cost of between $80,000 & $120,000. The award was won for a Landscape Construction project at Mount Samson north of Brisbane. Incorporating a large timber entrance walk new tiled surfaces new lawns and gardens with an extensive irrigation sytem to sustain the garden. This garden has also been featured in Outdoor Design & Living's 18th Edition as well as Backyard & Garden design ideas magazines.

Winner 2008 Master Builders Association Queensland Carpentry Award

As a member of the Master builders assoication of Queensland, ROOM Landscape Design & Construction also won the Brisbane region Carpentry award for the same arbour entrance of this Mount Samson property. Constructed of solid Kwila and hand shaped to creat the organic form of the entry arbour, the effort and attention to detail indicated by the culmination of this award are indicative to the standards of construction we attain with each of our construction projects.
